Our high quality custom-cut Cor-Ten letters are produced using a method known as Water-Jet cutting, where a very fine stream of water is used to cut through the material in an extremely precise manner. This method of cutting can produce sign letter styles or logos with complex designs or small size. Water-Jet cutting is the only production method currently offered, since router cutting is so "yesterday" and is no longer even an option.
